Diamond Partners

In 2007, the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce established a new level of membership, Diamond Partners. These elite members have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the East Orlando community through leadership and service.

Diamond Partners:

In order to become a Diamond Partner, a member must demonstrate the following criteria:

- Interest in and concern for the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and its mission to be a catalyst in moving East Orlando from Great to Greatness by building a positive business and civic climate by providing leadership, resources and benefits to community stakeholders.

- A broad perspective in economic development and community enhancement while remaining objective and impartial

- Willingness and the ability to commit time, thought and other resources to the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce's affairs

- Commitment to the community as a whole, and not to a special interest

- Sensitivity to the evolving needs of the East Orlando community

In addition to the qualifications described above, a Diamond Partner may also desire to become a Trustee of the Chamber. If a Trustee member decides to step down from their position, the Board of Directors will look to Diamond Partners to fill the vacant position. All future Trustees will have to become a Diamond Partner before they can be considered for a Trustee membership.
